Terms and Conditions
Payment is regarded as acceptance of the booking conditions.

Payment Options for Summer Camps

Camps run for 1 week during school holidays. When booking a camp, there are two payment options:

  • You may choose to pay the full amount when booking.
  • You may choose to pay a deposit to secure your place. This option is available up to 2 weeks before the start of a camp.

If you choose to reserve a place by paying a deposit, please note the following: deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. The balance is due 7 days before the camp starts. The balance will be automatically collected at that time. Unpaid balances will result in a cancellation of your booking and loss of your deposit.

Cancellation Policy for Summer Camps

If you cancel 6 business days or more before the start of the camp, we are happy to refund your payment, minus a €15 cancellation fee per place.

We do not refund late cancellations. Cancellations made less than 6 business days before the start of the event start time are strictly non-refundable.  A business day is defined as Monday – Friday, but not including bank holidays. For example, if a camp starts on Tuesday 4th August, 2026, then last cancellations are accepted on Friday 24th July, 2026 at 5pm (Monday, 3rd August, 2026 is a bank holiday).

If you are cancelling multiple places at one time, the cancellation occurs more than 21 days in advance of all the camp(s), and the places haven’t previously been moved between different camps (e.g. moved to a camp with a later start date), we will cap the cancellation fee at €30.

In the event that Designer Minds camps can’t proceed due to government-imposed restrictions, refunds will be given less a €10 booking fee.
