Club Description

Coding or computer programming is changing what it means to be literate in the 21st century.

“Whether you want to uncover the secrets of the universe, or you just want to pursue a career in the 21st century, basic computer programming is an essential skill to learn.” Stephen Hawking

Our Minecraft Mods course teaches basic computer programming to children in an environment that they absolutely love, Minecraft! We’ll show children how to create “mods” or modifications to their Minecraft game by writing the code that makes it all happen. Learning has never been this fun! This course start with block based coding, children who complete all of our Minecraft Mod courses, will progress to text based coding such as python.

This course will teach your kids to think creatively and to learn to use the resources that they already have. Not only is this a key skill in computer programming but it is also a skill that translates to all walks of life. Using the resources we already have is an essential way of harnessing a more sustainable future.

*It is essential that children have Minecraft Windows 10 Bedrock edition for this course.*
